Surf Condos is the "just close enough to everything" community on Topsail. One mile north of the Surf City Pier, so you can walk or bike to the restaurants and shops without being in the middle of the busiest stretch. 180 units means it's substantial without being overwhelming. Real oceanfront, gated community, community pool, and a couple of private beach accesses that stay less crowded than the public ones.

One- and two-bedroom units, individually owned so décor varies. Every unit has a private balcony and an ocean view. Large community pool (open early May to mid-October). Two private beach accesses. Community gym. Outdoor rinse-off stations. Gated entry.

Couples who want oceanfront but don't need three bedrooms. Small families (2-4 people). Repeat visitors who like Surf City as a base but want to be a step off the main drag. People who prioritize walking-distance dining over the biggest pool.
