St. Regis is the "everything included" resort on Topsail. Multiple pools including an indoor one, a saltwater heated covered pool that's open year-round, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, bocce, a game room, a playground, and a rooftop restaurant with two-story floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic. It's the resort you pick when you want the option to never leave the property.
Where it sits
North Topsail Beach, oceanfront. Toward the north end of the island where things are quieter than Surf City. All units come with a private balcony that either overlooks the ocean or has ocean views.
What's actually here
Outdoor oceanfront pool, indoor pool, and a saltwater heated pool that's covered and open year-round (rare on Topsail). Fitness center. Sauna. Tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts. Basketball. Playground for kids. Game room. Outdoor grilling area. Massage services on-site. A 7th-floor restaurant with the best restaurant view on the north end.
Who it fits
Families who want indoor pool access for rainy days or shoulder-season stays. Off-season visitors, since the year-round covered saltwater pool is a real winter draw. Groups where different people want different things (someone plays pickleball while another gets a massage while the kids are at the playground).
