Families with kids. The gated entrance and the playground mean parents can let kids roam without the anxiety of a busier road. Boaters. Multigenerational trips where different groups want different things. Big groups that need multi-bedroom rentals with real outdoor space.
What visitors don't realize
The community pool is big and always has kids playing in it. Between the marina, the playground, and the pool, kids have three self-contained things to do without leaving the neighborhood. And unlike most Topsail rentals where you're pulling gear in and out of a public parking lot, having your own boat trailer parking included changes the whole rhythm of a boat trip.
